Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Prime Redirect Pro (the "app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

Prime Redirect Pro lets you create exact, wildcard, and regex URL redirects for your Shopify storefront and automatically redirect visitors who hit a missing page. Exact redirects are written to your store's native Shopify redirect table; pattern and 404 redirects are resolved by the app.

2. Plans & billing

• The Free plan includes a limited number of exact redirects.
• The Pro plan is billed through Shopify's Billing API at the price shown in the app, with a free trial. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel any time from the app's Billing page.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the redirect rules you create. Do not use the app to redirect visitors to deceptive, malicious, or unlawful destinations.

4. Availability & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Exact redirects continue to work even if the app is unavailable because they live in Shopify's native redirect table; pattern and 404 redirects depend on the app being reachable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. On uninstall we delete your app data as described in our Privacy Policy.
